Return & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EVR Health. If you are not happy, please read the following information about returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Unopened and unused

  • Returned with proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened supplement packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

Email contact@evrhealth.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for returning your item.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including postage costs where applicable.

5. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process once it arrives.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
